The Avoca House was designed by Saville Isaacs Architects as a casual holiday home: a place where extended family can gather to create memories; robust enough for hoards of children and luxurious enough for adults. A strong relationship to outdoors takes advantage of its bush setting with sunlight, privacy and diagonal views modulated by pivoting and fixed timber screens. Outdoor rooms have been designed to accommodate different functions and times of day.
Light Culture were commissioned to work with Saville Isaacs Architects on a project that has a value for money approach and timeless aesthetic. The ability to create mood and ensure the environment was dimmable when requirement.
Saville Isaacs Architects and the client where extremely happy with the overall look and result of the ambient and landscape lighting.
